Did you know that you can utilize Adobe Acrobat to transfer a PowerPoint to a PDF? Learn how to transfer a file from Microsoft PowerPoint quickly and easily to Adobe Acrobat. 1. Start by clicking the ‘Convert to PDF’ button in your toolbar. If these icons aren’t available, Click ‘View’ → ‘Toolbar’ →’Acrobat PDF Maker’ to create these buttons. Then click ‘Convert to PDF’ in the window that appears.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. When the PowerPoint is created into a PDF in Acrobat, each slide is created into a bookmark.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. In order to view your PowerPoint presentation as thumbnails in a PDF, click the pages icon toward the upper left-hand corner.
