Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a new user, you may not know about these quick navigation shortcuts.   You don’t have to be glued to your precious mouse, clicking away at everything you see – let’s check out some tips for keyboard shortcuts and mouse-friendly tricks to make your navigation go more smoothly.  If you have any questions, as always, feel free to email us at questions@pbttinfo.com.

1. First of all, Pressing CTRL + Home on your keyboard will always take you to the beginning of a spreadsheet.

2. CTRL + END on your keyboard takes you to the ending cell.

3. In terms of navigating through your sheet tabs, you can right-click on the navigation arrow to get a pop-up of your sheet tab names:

4. The arrow keys only bring the tabs into view at the bottom of the screen; they don’t move you through the sheet tabs on the screen.

5. If you start on a particular sheet tab and you want to move quickly to another sheet, you can use CTRL + [Page Down] on your keyboard to move to the right and CTRL + [Page Up] to move to the left.
