Outlook 2010 Tutorial – Learn Reply with Meeting Function

Within an email, you have the option to “Reply with Meeting” in order to schedule a follow-up get-together that pertains to the email. Let’s see how it works! If you have any questions, as always, feel free to email us at questions@pbttinfo.com.

1. In an email, you will notice the “Reply with Meeting” option at the top of the dialog box in the “Respond” group.

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. In case you didn’t find it, here it is magnified – it’s the little box with a purple arrow that looks like a mini calendar.

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. The result? It will immediately create a meeting containing the contents of the email. Pick a date/time, and you’re all set!
